Mgr. Radoslava Ostadalová

My active lifestyle has led me to physiotherapy, through which I guide clients to good movement habits to prevent pain and injury.
After completing my master’s degree in the field, I participate in various courses and seminars such as taping, diagnosis and therapy of the knee and hip joint, DNS method in sports, SM system or McKenzie method.
I have been actively playing basketball since I was young, which I also represented in the youth, but I am also close to other sports, especially winter sports, including hardening.
I will be happy to guide you from injury back to your favourite activities as well as help you improve your movement skills.

Courses:

  • Spiral stabilization (A, B)
  • Dynamic Neuromuscular
  • Stabilization in sport (I., II.)
  • Myofascial trigger points
  • Diagnosis and therapy of the knee joint
  • Diagnosis and therapy of the hip joint and pelvic plexus
  • McKenzie (Module A: Lumbar Spine)
  • Basic course of kinesiological taping
